Apex Dental Marketing is a 40 Client growth agency that connects people with the life-changing treatment advanced oral doctors can provide. We do this by partnering with clinics to help them connect with people who need their care — using proven strategies across Facebook, Google, SEO, CRM automation, and website development.
We're growing at a rate of 20-30 new clients per month, and we need a talented Sales Professional to help with booking quality appointments for our doctors. We aim to become the industry leader in Dental marketing first, then become the industry leader in North American private healthcare (plastic surgeons, eye doctors, wellness doctors) within 3 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re on the lookout for ambitious, passionate, and driven Inside Sales Representatives to help convert warm, qualified leads into scheduled new patient appointments for our clients.
As an Inside Sales Representative at ADM, you will play a critical role in converting high-interest, inbound leads into booked patient appointments. No cold-calling—these leads have already expressed interest! Your role involves consultative selling over the phone, educating prospective patients on the dental/orthodontic care options available to them, and scheduling their first appointment.
In addition to completing daily tasks, the Internal Sales Rep is consistently innovating, and working closely with our clients & marketing team to improve the process of transforming leads from qualified prospects into new patients. They will compile feedback on past lead performance, and work to retain & nurture leads through the sales process.
Success in this role ultimately results in a high-volume of qualified, booked appointments on the calendar, pre-framed and ready to accept care at the highest possible conversion rate.

RESPONSIBILITIES (TASKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ROLE):
- Act as a passionate advocate for our dental/orthodontic partners, contributing directly to their practice growth and success.
- Overall target: Average of 15 Shows Per Month Per Client account that you manage
- Handle 100% of inbound lead conversation, lead nurture & lead follow-up through the sales process
- Respond to new inbound leads within 5 minutes (we have software to aid speed to lead)
- Respond to lead messages, clearing the queue each day
- Track daily performance metrics
- Participate in daily sales standups & monthly 1:1 growth meetings
REQUIREMENTS (EXPECTED PROFICIENCIES):
- Strong multi-tasking & organizational skills: able to juggle a high-volume of calls & conversations, simultaneously
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills, most importantly, active listening
- Natural rapport builder – warm, friendly, with a desire to form connection quickly
- Minimum 2 year of successful inside sales or phone sales experience required (3+ years preferred).
- Familiar with GoHighLevel CRM software is a bonus
COMPENSATION
- Base Pay: $5-7 per hour (USD), depending on experience + Commission
- If you're Average: Earn up to $22,080/year.
- If you're Good: Reach up to $29,280/year.
- If you're Great: Achieve $36,480+/year.
Earn between $1500-$3000USD / Month.
